Subject: [PATCH 14/22] [Array-widen-compare] Add a new optimization for array
comparison scenarios
Add option farray-widen-compare.
For an array pointer whose element is a single-byte type,
by changing the pointer type to a long-byte type, the elements
can be combined and compared after loading.
