扩展配置mybatis.disable-sql-annotation=true禁止开发者在将sql写在注解中 · Pull Request !9 · tanghc/fastmybatis

目的：强制让开发人员将sql写在xml中，不准写在Mapper接口中
做法：
1.使用springboot-stater的项目，加个配置项：mybatis.disable-sql-annotation=true

2. 使用spring项目,给FastmybatisConfig加个属性值disableSqlAnnotation，设为true,SqlSessionFactoryBeanExt配置如下：

				            <constructor-arg index="0" value="add_time" />
				        </bean>
						<bean class="com.myapp.fill.UUIDFill" />
				    </list>

	</bean>

达到的效果：
如果Mapper接口方法上加了@Select/@Insert/@Update/@Delete注解及对应的@XXXProvider注解则启动报错。
