使用 VSCode 配置 Golang 开发环境

在使用vscode开发Go时，经常会看到需要我们安装golint delve等插件的情况，但是有时由于网络的问题，经常性的无法快速完成安装，所以有了这个笔记。

首先进入GOPATH目录，然后依次新建vscode_package_download.bat，vscode_package_install.bat两个文件，文件内容如下

文件创建完毕，在有GOPATH环境的cmd中，依次运行两个文件。

其中 stamblerre/gocode 与 mdempsky/gocode 的可执行文件重名，所以需要指定可执行文件名。
