Installion
1. copy the folder "Europa Universalis IV" to your preferred location
2. If you have previously installed the paradox launcher, you will need to uninstall it first
3. Open "Europa Universalis IV/paradox-launcher-installer-2022_11.msi" to install the latest version of the launcher
4. Launch the game via "dowser.exe", no steam required

The folder "Goldberg_Lan_Steam_Emu_master--802d8bcc" contains the multiplayer instructions, check it if you need them
