<h2>Welcome to HotICN 2020</h2>
<p align="justify"><font color="#00b2ce"><b>2020 3rd International Conference on Hot
Information-Centric Networking (HotICN 2020) will be
held on December 12-14, 2020, in Institute of Advanced Technology, University of Science and Technology of China, Hefei, China</b></font>,
which is a research institute affiliated with the University of
Science and Technology of China (USTC) and located in Hefei, Anhui,
China.</p>
<p align="justify">The HotICN aims to gather experts and scholars
from home and abroad in this field to discuss the
architecture, key technologies, innovative ideas, future
development trends and industry prospects of information
centric networks and its related fields such as
blockchain, knowledge graph, etc. </p>
<p align="justify">This is the third
HotICN; the second was held in Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications on December 13-15, 2019 and the first one was held in Shenzhen on August
17-19, 2018, hosted by the Peking University Shenzhen
Graduate School.</p>
