THIRD-PARTY OPEN SOURCE DATA, including but not limited to warranties or
conditions of ownership, non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a
particular purpose. TECORIGIN is not responsible for the quality or
maintenance of the aforementioned third-party open source data, and users
must comply with the corresponding use license in the process of using the

Except as otherwise required by law or with the prior written consent of
TECORIGIN, TECORIGIN shall not be liable for any commercial or economic
damages or losses incurred by users due to the use or inability to use the
Works (including but not limited to loss of goodwill, loss of profits, data
loss, business interruption, computer malfunctions, third-party claims, or
expenses incurred by users seeking alternative solutions due to the inability
to use the Works), even if  TECORIGIN has been advised of the possibility of
such damages, losses, claims, or expenses. 3.Ownership of Intellectual
Property All information regarding the Works and the Work Information,
including their copyrights, trademarks, patents, and other intellectual
property rights, as well as trade secrets, are exclusively owned or held by
TECORIGIN and
Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations on the Protection of
Computer Software, the Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China, the
Patent Law of the People's Republic of China, and relevant international
conventions pertaining to copyright, trademark, patent, and
rights. Except for the rights granted to users to use the Works and the Work
Information, TECORIGIN does not grant any express or implied rights or
licenses with respect to any patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets,
or any other intellectual property or ownership rights. The words and
logos "太初元碁", "Tecorigin" and other marks, logos, emblems, product names,
and service names associated with TECORIGIN are trademarks of TECORIGIN in
China and other countries. Any use of these marks for promotional or display
