This statement is a legal declaration made by Taichu (Wuxi) Electronics
Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "TECORIGIN") regarding all
versions of open-source components (including current versions and future
updated versions, hereinafter referred to as the "Works") and all information
related to the open-source components, including source programs, source
code, technical data, documentation, and other materials (hereinafter
collectively referred to as the "Work Information"). 

1.Disclaimer 
TECORIGIN makes no warranties, conditions, representations, or guarantees 
(whetherexpress or implied, whether based on statutory law, common law, 
custom, or any other reason) regarding the Works and the Work Information, 
including but not limited to warranties or conditions of ownership, 
non-infringement,merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. 
TECORIGIN reserves the right to make any changes to the Works and the Work
Information without notice, but does not commit to updating the Work 
Information. 

2.Limitation of Liability 
Except as otherwise required by law or with the prior written
consent of TECORIGIN, TECORIGIN shall not be liable for any commercial or
economic damages or losses incurred by users due to the use or inability to
use the Works (including but not limited to loss of goodwill, loss of
profits, data loss, business interruption, computer malfunctions, third-party
claims, or expenses incurred by users seeking alternative solutions due to
the inability to use the Works), even if  TECORIGIN has been advised of the
possibility of such damages, losses, claims, or expenses. 

3.Ownership of Intellectual Property 
All information regarding the Works and the Work
Information, including their copyrights, trademarks, patents, and other
intellectual property rights, as well as trade secrets, are exclusively owned
or held by TECORIGIN and/or relevant rights holders, and are protected by the
Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations on the
Protection of Computer Software, the Trademark Law of the People's Republic
of China, the Patent Law of the People's Republic of China, and relevant
international conventions pertaining to copyright, trademark, patent, and/or
other property rights. Except for the rights granted to users to use the
Works and the Work Information, TECORIGIN does not grant any express or
implied rights or licenses with respect to any patents, copyrights,
trademarks, trade secrets, or any other intellectual property or ownership
rights. The words and/or logos "太初元碁", "Tecorigin" and other marks,
logos, emblems, product names, and service names associated with TECORIGIN
are trademarks of TECORIGIN in China and other countries. Any use of these
marks for promotional or display purposes requires prior written
