# 时序遥感变化检测模型-Prophet

## 1. 参考论文
### - offline model《A time-series classification approach based on change detection for rapid land cover mapping》2019

## 2. Tips
- $n$_$changepoints$设置为时间序列的长度，增加模型对于变化的敏感程度（默认为25）。
- $changepoint$_$range$设置为1，可以全时序做变化检测（默认为0.8）
- $changepoint$\_$prior$\_$scale$视情况而定，默认为0.05，该值越大，模型拟合越好，但是容易过拟合，需要实验调试。
- 做时序遥感变化检测，需要设置模型的先验参数：$m.add$_$seasonality(name='yearly', period=365, fourier$\_$order=3)$，$fourier$_$order$为傅里叶拟合的阶数。
- 由于Prophet的官方模型并不提供精确的变化检测，所以我们采用经验模型定位变化点，即变化率最大的K个时刻所在的变化分布最左侧的时刻定义为变化点，该方法已经证明有效（仅针对MODIS），具体参考论文《Inter-comparison of four models for detecting forest fire disturbance from MOD13A2 time series》
- $m.plot$_$components(forecast)$代码可以查看年际变化和年内周期变化。

```
Prophet模型的优化使用L-BFGS，代码使用了pyStan，模型预测速度较快。
